Senior Manager, Learning Management System Administration – Training

Job Description:

  • Support the AD in the assessment and improvements to the current structure, content, and usage
  • Deploy and manage training assignments within LMS platforms
  • Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and completion
  • Support curriculum updates and learner experience improvements
  • Troubleshoot LMS issues and coordinate with system owners or vendors
  • Execute established training operations processes, standards, and workflows across BUs
  • Support planning and delivery of onboarding, launch, POA, and ongoing training programs
  • Maintain training calendars, schedules, and operational plans aligned to business priorities
  • Ensure readiness of materials, systems, and logistics for successful delivery
  • Support onboarding logistics and execution for new hires and field builds
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure seamless onboarding experiences
  • Execute onboarding playbooks, templates, and readiness plans
  • Track onboarding completion and readiness metrics
  • Build and manage project plans for training initiatives and launches
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Identify risks and proactively escalate issues
  • Ensure alignment between content development and execution timelines
  • Support execution of training components for POAs, workshops, and national meetings
  • Coordinate logistics, materials, communications, and surveys
  • Ensure smooth execution and strong participant experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5–8+ years of experience in training operations, sales operations, or learning & development
  • Experience supporting commercial field teams (pharma/biotech preferred)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and training systems
  • Ability to work independently and on a team; a positive, team-focused approach is essential
  • Experience with and ability to use Microsoft Office and associated tools (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel domestically as needed
