Job description: Job Title: Independent Recruiter (1099) Company: Be More Recruiting LLC Location: Remote Job Type: 1099 Contract (Commission-Only) About Be More Recruiting LLC Be More Recruiting LLC partners with companies to deliver high-quality, pre-screened candidates through a streamlined and efficient hiring process. We focus on speed, precision, and strong candidate-client alignment. Position Overview We are seeking motivated and self-driven Independent Recruiters to support client hiring needs. This is a commission-based, 1099 contractor opportunity ideal for individuals who are comfortable working independently and earning based on performance.

Responsibilities

Source clients (companies) that need recruiting services. (list of leads provided) Source and identify qualified candidates for open roles. Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening. Submit qualified candidates to open roles. Coordinate interviews as needed. Maintain organized pipelines and communication. Manage recruiting activity independently. Submit candidate to client. Tools and Support Provided Access to ATS system (applicant and client tracking), Company email, Company VOIP phone number, Indeed access for posting roles, leads of clients (companies), Shared drive (contains processes and needed information). Compensation 100% Commission. No Base. Be More Recruiting LLC charges clients a 15% placement fee based on the candidate’s first-year salary. This fee is only collected after the candidate is successfully hired. Example: If a candidate is hired at $70,000 per year, the placement fee at 15% is $11,250. Your commission is based on this placement fee. At 30% that would be $3,150, 35% would be $3,675, and 40% $4,200. If a candidate is hired at $50,000 per year, the placement fee at 15% is $7,500. Your commission is based on this placement fee. At 30% that would be $2,250, 35% would be $2,625, and 40% $3,000. Commission structure: 30% commission on 1st hire in a month 35% commission on 2nd–3rd hires in a month 40% commission on 4th+ hires in a month Commission is paid immediately after the client pays the placement fee. Once payment is received, funds are issued to you via ACH or mailed check based on your selected payment method. Bonus: 40% commission on all hires in December

Requirements

Strong communication skills, Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, Comfortable sourcing candidates through job boards, networking, and outreach, Organized and detail-oriented, Previous recruiting or sales experience is preferred but not required. Work Structure Fully remote, independent contractor role. No set schedule or required hours. Recruiters manage their own workflow and activity. Additional Information No upfront fees.
