Junior Designer
The Goat Agency is part of GroupM, a leading media investment company specializing in influencer marketing. They are seeking a Junior Designer to create visually compelling presentations and designs, collaborate with teams, and manage multiple projects while staying updated with industry trends.
Responsibilities
- Design visually compelling presentations, layouts, and creative mockups that align with the requirements of the project
- Continuously create visually engaging designs whilst having strong attention to detail on alignment, consistency, hierarchy and use of white space
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with other teams within the agency
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and consistently meeting deadlines
- Produce high-quality designs for various mediums, including print, digital, and social media
- Be able to confidently present and explain design concepts to colleagues
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices within design
- Reviewing designs for accuracy and being able to action feedback efficiently and effectively
- Having a good eye for visual storytelling to create well-thought-out presentations
Skills
- Proven experience as a Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
- Proficiency in Presentation programs such as Microsoft Powerpoint & Google Slides
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a passion for creativity
