ESPO - Public Sector Procurement is looking for a detail-focused Data Administrator to join their Sustainable Energy Team within Housing Services at Nottingham City Council. The role involves managing asset data, ensuring its accuracy, and supporting decision-making through report production.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain asset data across multiple systems
  • Inputting and validating information from a range of sources
  • Resolving data issues
  • Helping to continuously improve processes
  • Produce reports and insights to support decision-making
  • Respond to a high volume of enquiries from customers, colleagues and contractors
  • Help coordinate appointments and documentation in line with legislative and organisational requirements
  • Contribute to delivering excellent customer experience
  • Promote equality, diversity and inclusion
  • Achieve value for money
  • Support the wider team with administrative tasks, financial processes and meeting coordination

Skills

  • Strong IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal, written and numerical communication skills
  • A high level of accuracy with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
  • Effective communication skills with a clear customer-focused approach
  • Demonstrable ability to analyse data and identify trends to support decision-making
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work independently, show initiative, and contribute positively as part of a team
