Sales Development Representative

Teads is a leading omnichannel advertising platform focused on driving outcomes for brand and performance advertisers across screens. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth through engaging, qualifying, and nurturing inbound leads and outbound prospects, while partnering closely with Account Executives to convert qualified opportunities into long-term clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, partnerships, and platform interest, ensuring timely follow-up and high conversion rates
  • Prospect and engage outbound with direct advertisers and performance marketers via email, LinkedIn, calls, and events
  • Evaluate prospect fit by understanding business goals, performance KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CPI), and current challenges
  • Clearly articulate the value of the Outbrain Direct Response by Teads platform to generate interest, book meetings, and where relevant, host meetings directly
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities
  • Help build and refine processes, including lead routing, qualification frameworks, and outreach sequencing
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and leverage AI to enhance productivity across inbound and outbound motions
  • Report on pipeline, converted leads, and revenue generation
  • Stay informed on AdTech trends, competitive landscape, and performance marketing strategies, and present trends to the team

Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or similar role with exposure to both inbound and outbound lead management
  • Strong interest in performance marketing and digital advertising
  • Proven ability to respond quickly and effectively to inbound leads while maintaining outbound pipeline generation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and qualify prospects
  • A proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset with strong follow-through
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple lead sources in a fast-paced environment
  • AI enthusiasm and curiosity as it relates to improving workflows and productivity
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
