[Remote] Business Development Manager

They are seeking a Business Development Manager to identify untapped markets for professional audio technology, build new relationships, and drive company growth through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• You’ll identify exciting “white space” opportunities where our professional audio solutions can make a major impact
• You’ll network with business leaders, consultants, architects, AV/IT professionals, influencers, and end users to develop partnerships that open doors and generate opportunities
• You’ll learn how to position cutting-edge microphones, loudspeakers, DSP, and networked audio solutions to solve real business challenges in modern environments
• You’ll build your own pipeline, close strategic opportunities, and directly influence company growth — with unlimited commission rewarding your success
• Your ideas, market insights, and customer feedback will help influence future products, strategy, and expansion into new industries

Skills

• A recent graduate, ideally with a background or strong interest in audio, audio engineering, music technology, business, marketing, or communications
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and eager to succeed
• Naturally confident building relationships and starting conversations
