[Remote] EverPro - Sales Solution Engineer (Remote, US)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EverCommerce is a leading service commerce platform on a mission to digitally transform the service economy. They are seeking a motivated and technically curious Sales Solution Engineer to support their sales team in selling business management software solutions to companies in the physical security industry.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales representatives throughout the sales cycle
  • Participate in discovery calls to understand customer needs, workflows, and business challenges
  • Help qualify opportunities by identifying operational pain points and software fit
  • Assist with proposals, solution summaries, and follow-up materials
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to security dealers, integrators, and service companies
  • Show workflows such as CRM, dispatching, recurring billing, service management, inspections, inventory, technician scheduling, and reporting
  • Configure demo environments based on prospect use cases

Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, SaaS, customer-facing technology, operations, or technical support roles
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Business management and experience in business management software is a plus
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners, operations leaders, and sales teams
  • Ability to learn software platforms quickly
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and coachable
  • Interest in technology and business process improvement
