Responsibilities

  • Handle more complex inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Process and confirm orders, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and update customer records with a higher degree of accuracy
  • Qualify and prioritize sales leads based on potential value
  • Record detailed sales prospecting activities
  • Create and send more complex sales quotes and proposals
  • Address intermediate customer inquiries about products and services
  • Assist in coordinating logistics for large orders
  • Support team in managing larger sales projects
  • Provide feedback to sales management on customer trends

Skills

  • 1+ years industry (corporate compliance, registered agent, or similar) experience within an inside sales role
  • Advanced Customer Service Orientation: Deeper understanding of customer needs
  • Effective Sales Techniques: Enhanced sales tactics and strategies
  • Advanced Communication Skills: More nuanced and effective communication
  • Proficient CRM Software Use: Greater comfort with CRM tools
  • Enhanced Organization: More effective task and time management
