Digital Marketing Manager (E-commerce Focus)

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead their e-commerce marketing initiatives. This fully remote position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of driving online sales and customer acquisition through diverse digital channels. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and maximize ROI. Key channels include SEO, SEM, paid social media advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and content marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing substantial marketing budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing for conversion. You will work closely with the e-commerce, creative, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include defining target audiences, crafting compelling campaign narratives, managing ad spend across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads, developing A/B testing strategies, and overseeing email marketing campaigns. You must be adept at utilizing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track KPIs, generate insightful reports, and make data-driven decisions. Staying abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies is critical. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce growth. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is highly desirable. This is a remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the US, fostering a results-oriented work culture. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to drive e-commerce sales and customer acquisition. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across search (Google Ads) and social (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.). Oversee SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic. Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns and automation workflows. Manage affiliate marketing programs and explore new partnership opportunities. Analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools and provide regular reports with actionable insights. Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging marketing assets. Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in the e-commerce sector. Lead cross-functional projects to enhance the online customer journey and conversion rates. Qualifications: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a significant focus on e-commerce. Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, paid social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Experience managing significant marketing budgets and optimizing for ROI. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
