Job Description

We are inviting applications for the position of Remote Mental Health Therapist. In this full-time role, you will conduct individual therapy sessions through our secure online platform. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs and create tailored treatment plans aimed at helping them reach their mental health objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate remote therapy sessions via our online platform with clients.
  • Craft personalized treatment plans that address individual client needs.
  • Continuously evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Keep detailed and accurate client records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
  • Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Uphold high ethical and legal standards in the delivery of mental health services.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
  • Current state licensure as a mental health therapist, specifically as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
  • Experience in providing individual therapy sessions.
  • Proficiency in using technology for remote therapy sessions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually.
