What You Will Do in This Role As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Seasonal, Remote (Bilingual Spanish / English), you will

• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
• Help customers resolve technical issues
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
• Offer additional products and/or services
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Your Qualifications Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. • The ability to speak fluent Spanish and English
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• A high school diploma or GED
