Part-Time Real Estate Media Sales Representative

Remote-first Full-time Now hiring

Beat of NYC Productions is seeking a part-time Sales Representative to help grow our real estate media business by selling video tours and virtual staging services to real estate professionals. The ideal candidate has experience selling to real estate agents, brokerages, developers, or related real estate businesses and is comfortable managing the sales process from initial outreach through closing. Candidates with real estate industry experience or existing relationships within the industry are strongly encouraged to apply. We provide lead lists and sales tools. This role is focused on outreach, follow-up, relationship building, and converting qualified prospects into long-term clients. This is primarily a remote position, though candidates based in the New York City area are preferred for occasional meetings, networking opportunities, and industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with prospective real estate clients using company-provided lead lists
  • Present and sell video tour and virtual staging services to real estate agents, teams, brokerages, and developers
  • Manage leads through the sales process from initial outreach through closing
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with real estate professionals
  • Follow up with past clients and warm leads to generate repeat business
  • Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within Attio CRM
  • Communicate client needs and opportunities to the production team to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Represent the company professionally during virtual or in-person meetings and events

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience required
  • Experience selling to real estate professionals or experience as a real estate agent strongly preferred
  • Real estate industry experience is highly valued
  • Existing relationships within the real estate industry are a plus
  • Comfortable making outbound sales calls and follow-up communications
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with Attio or similar CRM platforms is a plus

Compensation

  • $40/hour
  • Approximately 20 hours per week
  • Uncapped commission on closed business:
  • 10% commission on all closed deals
  • 12% commission on all closed deals after reaching $75,000 in new business generated
