  • Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Email & Chat Support Representatives to join our growing team. In this non-voice role, you will assist customers through written communication channels, ensuring prompt, accurate, and considerate support.   • Key Responsibilities
  • * Respond to customer inquiries through email and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • * Provide accurate information regarding products, services, order status, troubleshooting steps, and general support.
  • * Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • * Document customer interactions and update internal systems with relevant details.
  • * Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • * Follow established workflows, scripts, and guidelines to uphold service standards.
  • * Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication, empathy, and problem resolution.
  • * Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and share feedback.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and clarity.
  • * Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat/email threads efficiently.
  • * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in responding to customer queries.
  • * Good computer literacy, including typing speed of at least 35–45 WPM.
  • * Ability to learn new tools, software, and processes quickly.
  • * Customer-focused mindset with the ability to remain calm and professional.
  • * Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace at home.
  • Experience
  • * No prior experience required; full training is provided.
  • * Experience in customer support, chat operations, email handling, or remote work is considered an advantage.
  • Working Hours
  • * Full-time and part-time shifts available.
  • * Flexible scheduling based on business needs.
  • * Weekend or evening availability may be requested during peak periods.
  • * 100% remote—work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.
