ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the strategic vision and backlog prioritization for internal security tools, developer portals, and platform artifacts within a large-scale enterprise security program. You will define and prioritize user stories across multiple engineering workstreams, drive developer experience improvements across ASPM and AI-SDLC scanning products, and bridge executive security mandates with Agile delivery pods. The role requires extensive experience in technical product management within developer platforms, security tooling, or DevSecOps environments. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Define and prioritize user stories and epics across Workstreams 1–5, ensuring engineering efforts directly reduce systemic risk; - Drive the adoption framework for Business Unit Architecture Champions, focusing on policy modernization and content uplift; - Ensure built solutions, including ASPM ingestion and AI-SDLC scanning, reduce developer friction and improve the internal user journey; - Bridge the gap between executive security mandates and Agile execution pods; - Drive product strategy and roadmap execution for internal security and developer platform initiatives; - Collaborate with engineering, security, and business stakeholders to align priorities and maximize delivery impact; - Use data-driven insights to guide prioritization, adoption, and product decision-making; - Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on platform modernization, risk reduction, and developer productivity. MUST HAVES - 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, ideally building internal developer platforms, security tooling, or DevSecOps products; - Strong understanding of vulnerability management lifecycles, cloud architecture, and AI-enabled workflows; - Proven ability to operate autonomously, driving product strategy, prioritization, and execution without day-to-day direction; - Experience with data-driven decision-making and cross-functional leadership; - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; - Upper-intermediate English level.
