Job Description: De impact die je in deze rol maakt Als een Account Sales Representative voor de Automotive Aftermarket Division in Noord West Nederland, krijg je de kans om je nieuwsgierigheid te benutten en samen te werken met enkele van de meest innovatieve en diverse mensen over de hele wereld. Hier maak je impact door: Het acquireren en omzetten van leads in duurzame klantrelaties, evenals het uitbreiden van bestaande klantrelaties. Het vergroten van het marktaandeel van onze Automotive Aftermarket producten bij eindgebruikers in jouw regio. Het geven van presentaties, trainingen en productdemonstraties, zowel zelfstandig als in samenwerking met een Application Engineer. Het nauw samenwerken met je collega's en de vertegenwoordigers van distributiepartners. Jouw vaardigheden en expertise Om vanaf dag één succesvol te zijn in deze rol, zoekt 3M kandidaten die aan de volgende minimumvereisten voldoen: Je beschikt over een HBO werk- en denkniveau. Je hebt een bewezen staat van dienst in een Sales en/of technische functie, bij voorkeur in de autoschadeherstelbranche of daaraan gerelateerd, maar dit is niet essentieel (we kunnen je technisch en/of commercieel opleiden). Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift. Je hebt goede kennis van MS Office en weet hoe je met CRM en databasebeheer tools moet werken. Je bent commercieel gedreven, initiatiefrijk, kunt goed plannen en je hebt overtuigingskracht.
