Remote Outbound Sales Representative

Agents engage with these potential customers, verify each contact meets specified criteria, and transfer the qualified customer to an Inbound Sales Specialist. Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming. Focused verbal communication Use pointed rebuttals to overcome objections Demonstrate empathy Update call status in the phone system Maintain availability to engage with potential customers Adhere to company compliance and quality standards High-speed internet with min 50Mbps download/25Mbps upload speed and access to internet solely by ethernet cord Experience: High school diploma or GED required Sales experience preferred Over-the-phone call center experience preferred Basic computer skills required Must complete and pass a pre-employment drug/background check Skills: Excellent communication skills Independent worker with experience in a commission-based environment Self-starter and motivated by personal goal achievement Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities Strong listening skills used to conduct needs analysis Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Strong use of business vocabulary Strict adherence to team agendas, policies, and guidelines Education/Certification: High school diploma or GED Pay and Benefits Disclosure: The pay range for this role is $11.00 an hour, plus commission, and is based on experience and qualifications. Employees will earn a training wage of $11/hr + $250 completion bonus during Week 1 of Training. Employees accrue up to 120 hours of PTO in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
