• About Our Client: The organization operates in the advertising training industry, focusing on empowering entrepreneurs and their teams to master paid advertising in-house. It addresses the challenge business owners face in becoming easily discoverable through effective paid ads. Over the past two years, the organization has experienced significant growth, more than quadrupling its revenue and targeting over $12 million in annual revenue as it scales.

  • About the Opportunity:

The HR + Recruiting Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, playing a critical role in recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, and career development. This role is essential to building high-performing teams and scalable people systems that support employee success in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leadership to define hiring needs and role requirements
  • Build and manage a structured multi-step interview process
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for all roles
  • Manage candidate communications and interview scheduling
  • Own onboarding to create a positive new hire experience
  • Maintain employee documentation, records, and handbook updates
  • Design and manage the performance review process
  • Support leadership with performance improvement and employee development
  • Partner on compensation planning, raises, and promotions
  • Administer benefits, PTO policies, and employee support requests
  • Manage employee growth plans and training initiatives
  • Coordinate gifting, recognition, and culture programs
  • Ensure HR practices comply with regulations and align with company values
  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years in HR, People Operations, and Recruiting
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
  • Preferred experience in startup, fast-growth, or entrepreneurial settings
  • Preferred experience hiring executive or C-level talent
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, benefits, and documentation
  • Preferred experience using AI tools for recruiting or HR workflows
  • Strong organizational and process-building skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • High discretion with sensitive employee issues
  • Proactive, solution-focused with strong follow-through
  • Pay Range and Compensation Package:
  • Base Salary: $85,000 to $100,000
  • Benefits & Perks:
  • Unlimited PTO after six months plus company holidays
