Key Responsibilities

  • Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

Proficiency with Apple products and basic troubleshooting techniques.

Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools.

High-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home.

1–2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred.

Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a strong advantage.

Familiarity with CRM tools and support ticketing systems is a plus.
