Remote Spectrum End User Support

The Spectrum / ERP End User Support Specialist provides front-line support for the Spectrum Viewpoint ERP system for a Houston-based utilities client. This role supports both system implementation and ongoing operations by helping internal u resolve issues, maintain accurate data, and use the system effectively. The specialist acts as the main point of contact for ERP questions and problems, troubleshooting issues, correcting data, and escalating more complex items when needed. The role supports key accounting and business functions such as Procurement, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger, with a strong focus on union payroll, wage codes, and rate updates. This position works closely with Operating Units to understand their workflows, ensure proper system usage, and provide timely support. Strong communication skills, ERP experience, and the ability to respond quickly to user needs are essential. This role is remote, a 6-month contract with plans to convert to full-time and will pay $60-70/hour. Proven experience supporting ERP end u in a ticketbased support environment. Strong background in Accounting and Finance ERP implementation experience, including system setup, utilization, and ongoing management. Experience supporting union environments Nice to Have Skills & Experience ServiceNow experience. Prior Accounting or Finance professional background. Experience with other ERP systems, including - SAP - Sage - Oracle - JD Edwards - Elite Construction or utilities industry ERP experience.
