This is a stable, full-time customer service position and NOT telemarketing, cold calling or gig work. Our agents provide real customer support for businesses across the United States and Canada. Available Full-Time Shifts This is a 2nd Shift, Full-Time position (40 hours per week). Flexibility is required. Typical Days
- Mondays
- Tuesdays
- Thursdays
- Fridays
- Saturdays Typical Shifts (Eastern Time)
- 12pm-8pm
- 1pm-9pm
- 2pm-10pm
- 3pm-11pm Additional scheduling requirements
- One weekend shift per week is required

Compensation
- Earn up to $17/hour after attendance bonus
- Starting Base Pay $15/hour
- Earn an additional $2/hour attendance bonus after 90 days

- And much more What You'll Do As an Answering Service Agent, you will
- Professionally answer incoming calls for a variety of businesses
- Take accurate messages and relay information clearly
- Assist callers with empathy and professionalism
- Enter information into company systems while speaking with callers
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Help create a positive experience for every caller What We're Looking For Qualified candidates should
- Have strong customer service skills
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Have a friendly, polished phone presence
- Be dependable and punctual
- Demonstrate strong spelling and typing skills
- Be comfortable multitasking while handling calls
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Meet work-from-home requirements, including
- A separate, quiet workspace free from noises and distractions
- High-speed wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi)
- Be flexible and able to work the required schedule
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check (a requirement of employment)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
