As a Personal Trainer for Athletes, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing customized fitness programs designed to enhance the performance and well-being of our athletes. Key Responsibilities
Develop and Deliver Personalized Training Programs Create and implement tailored fitness plans that meet the specific needs and goals of each athlete, ensuring a holistic approach to fitness and performance enhancement. Conduct Fitness Assessments and Smart Start Appointments Utilize your expertise to assess athletes' current fitness levels and develop strategies for improvement, including conducting Smart Start appointments to introduce new athletes to our training methods. Provide High-Level Personal Service and Attention Foster strong relationships with athletes, providing them with the support, motivation, and guidance they need to succeed, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our services. Participate in Promotional Activities Engage in events, workshops, and other initiatives aimed at promoting our services and attracting new athletes to our programs, contributing to the growth and reputation of our company. Maintain Professional Development Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and research in fitness and athletic performance, attending workshops, seminars, and online courses to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess a nationally recognized Personal Training certification from a US Fitness accepted provider, along with CPR/AED certification and current continuing education credentials. A strong background in fitness and athletic performance, with experience in training athletes, is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as you will be working closely with athletes, understanding their needs, and providing them with personalized feedback and support.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Explosive Performance Methods Familiarity with techniques such as Trigger Point Therapy, Active Isolated Stretching, Dynamic Flexibility, and Functional Movement Screening is advantageous. Knowledge of Sports-Specific Training Understanding of the principles and practices of training for various sports, including the development of speed, agility, strength, and endurance. Business Development Skills Ability to attract and retain clients, promote services, and contribute to the growth of our athlete base.
