Job Description
In this remote role, you’ll support Walgreens' operational and customer service functions by handling data entry, communication tasks, and system updates from your home workspace. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate processing of customer and pharmacy data. Responsibilities
- Enter and manage customer, prescription, and health insurance information
- Respond to inquiries from internal teams and customers via secure messaging platforms
- Collaborate with supervisors to improve operational workflows
- Audit and maintain electronic records with strict accuracy
- Uphold patient privacy and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Track productivity and submit reports on a regular basis Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Proficiency in typing and using basic software (Microsoft Office, G-Suite)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Prior customer service or data entry experience preferred but not required
