Digital Energy Systems Sales Leader Are you a senior sales leader who thrives on closing complex, high-value deals? Ready to lead a national team and drive growth in cutting-edge energy solutions? We're looking for a Digital Energy Systems Sales Leader to take ownership of large-scale, integrated solutions sales across Australia—covering Digital Buildings, Digital Power, and Microgrid. What you'll be doing:
- Leading major, complex deals from strategy through to closure
- Driving growth across project-based opportunities
- Building and coaching a high-performing national sales team
- Developing strong pipelines in partnership with key segments
- Engaging senior stakeholders across engineering, consulting, and end users
- Championing integrated solutions across hardware, software, and services
- Improving win rates through strong deal leadership
What you bring:
- Proven success in complex B2B solutions sales leadership
- Experience closing large, multi-stakeholder deals
- Background in energy, infrastructure, power systems, or buildings
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability to influence across technical and executive stakeholders
