Project Manager (Kofax /Tungsten Experience Preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of automation and digital transformation projects. Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery within defined timelines and budgets. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution. Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans. Conduct governance meetings, status reviews, and project reporting with leadership and customers. Ensure adherence to Agile / Scrum / Waterfall project management methodologies. Manage resource allocation, effort estimation, and delivery planning. Drive stakeholder communication and maintain strong client relationships. Support implementation of Intelligent Automation and Document Processing solutions. Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure successful solution delivery. Required Skills 7+ years of experience in Project Management within IT / Automation project Strong experience in managing enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and delivery governance. Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously Desired characteristics in candidates:Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
