Designer, Growth

VML, part of WPP, is a leading creative company that combines brand experience, customer experience, and commerce. They are seeking a Designer to create visually engaging materials, collaborate with team members, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually engaging presentations, pitch decks and other marketing materials
• Conceptualize and design with interactive elements
• Translate complex ideas and strategies into clear, concise and visually appealing designs
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all materials
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure visual and narrative alignment
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Stay up to date on the latest design trends and technologies
• Pay strong attention to detail and process

Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a design role, preferably in an agency environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and styles
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation software (Keynote, Google Slides, PowerPoint)
• Proven ability to work effectively as a team player, contributing positively to a collaborative environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Editorial and/or print production experience is a plus!
