They are seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to provide inbound customer service support, assist with account issues, and deliver accurate service while meeting performance benchmarks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer service support for client-specific inquiries
  • Assist with account issues, fraud resolution, and general support
  • Deliver accurate, confidential service and meet performance benchmarks
  • Attend certification training and maintain service quality standards

Skills

  • Must have a computer with following:
  • Windows 10 or 11 PC with Intel i5+ or AMD Ryzen 3+, 8 GB RAM
  • Hardwired Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi)
  • USB headset with phone-quality audio
  • Hardwired keyboard and mouse
  • Smartphone for security verification
  • Hardwired telephone may be required for some programs
  • Can you pass a background check and drug screening?
