  • Location Remote Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Weekend / Night Shift Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for answering after-hours phone calls, scheduling appointments, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities

  • Answer after-hours phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments with customers and on-call technicians
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team and achieve business objectives Requirements
  • Essential Qualifications + 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment + Excellent phone skills, including fielding inbound and outbound customer and technician calls + Strong communication and problem-solving skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Preferred Qualifications + Experience working in a remote or virtual environment + Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software + Certification in customer service or a related field + Bilingual or multilingual skills Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
