They are seeking a New Business Development Rep to drive attendance for events targeting automotive shop owners, requiring effective communication and lead qualification.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to independent auto repair shops across the U.S Effectively communicate the value of our upcoming live events and webinars Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and secure attendance commitments Identifies and qualifies prospective customers and records sales prospecting activity in computer-based tracking systems Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM software Collaborate with marketing and the national coaching team to ensure alignment in messaging and goals Following up with no-shows and interested leads to support the national team’s post-event outreach Skills 1+ years of automotive experience Strong phone communication skills with a persuasive and engaging style Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to work independently Comfortable with CRM tools, remote communication platforms, and tracking KPIs Ability to quickly understand and convey value propositions 1+ years of sales experience Benefits Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
