Job Title High Ticket Closer — B2B SaaS (Commission Only) Company GC Radar Pay $85,000 - $135,000 per year Job Type Full-time, Contract (1099) Location Remote About the role This is a commission-only sales position. There is no base salary, no draw, and no hourly pay. Top performers on our team earn $10,000–$15,000+ per month. GC Radar is a B2B SaaS company serving trade contractors across the Southeast — roofers, plumbers, electricians, and general contractors. We use real-time permit data from county records to help contractors find new revenue opportunities before their competitors. Our closers sell monthly subscriptions in the $497–$1,497 range to contractors who need what we do. What you'll do

  • Run Zoom demos with pre-qualified inbound leads
  • Cold call and prospect from internal lead lists to supplement inbound volume
  • Close monthly subscriptions in the $497–$1,497 range
  • Manage your pipeline in GoHighLevel
  • Hit weekly KPIs across dials, demos set, demos held, and closes
  • Hand off closed accounts cleanly to onboarding Requirements
  • Prior experience in commission-only sales
  • 1+ year of phone or Zoom-based B2B sales
  • Comfortable making 100+ outbound dials per day in addition to running inbound demos
  • Experience closing monthly subscriptions, SaaS, or recurring revenue contracts
  • Professional presence on camera
  • Strong objection handling
  • Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and a working headset Compensation
  • Commission-only, uncapped
  • Per-deal payouts that scale with subscription tier
  • Monthly residuals on active accounts you close
  • Ramp incentive on first closed deal
