Influencer Sales Account Executive - Beauty

The Role We are looking for an exceptional and experienced salesperson in the media/advertising/paid media industry who excels at generating sales leads with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. We are seeking a candidate who can understand prospective clients' needs and offer exceptional solutions. In order to do this, the candidate must possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, consultative sales knowledge, growth mindset, ambitious personality, and have a positive track record of exceeding outlined goals. Knowledge around influencer marketing is a plus, and will be developed once you join. Having deep knowledge and solid contacts within the Advertising/Media Agencies landscape (Big Six Agencies, Boutique Agencies, Media Agencies, Creative Agencies, BTLs, etc) and being able to drive sales from those relationships is a must. Understanding their needs, how they collaborate with third parties and how they operate is key towards being successful in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet your monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
  • Adapt and improve our internal acquisition/prospecting process.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by becoming a trusted advisor for them.
  • Bring a solutions-first mentality by being an individual contributor that takes ownership of your time, effort and results.
  • Collaborate closely with our supporting teams (data, creative, talent, media) to take full advantage of our internal capabilities and translate them into value for the customer.
  • Budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize outcomes.
  • Expand our presence as trusted partners and collaborators of the biggest agencies in the region.
  • Developing our internal product and solutions to fit agencies’ and final customer’s needs based on your knowledge of the industry and ongoing conversations with them.
  • Traveling nationally and internationally may be required from time to time.

Desired Background

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish. Being able to conduct business meetings in English is a must.
  • 3+ years of sales experience preferably within the Media-Marketing industry. Experience within Influencer Marketing is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious goals.
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of the sales process and operation within the Media Industry.
  • Experience in managing a book of business worth over US$1M in yearly revenue.
  • Passion for startups and a desire to make a significant impact on the company's growth.
