  • Drive adoption of best practices in coding standards, security, and governance across the data engineering community.
  • Mentor junior engineers and share expertise in cloud‑native data engineering, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

  • Document architecture decisions, data lineage, and operational procedures for auditability and knowledge sharing.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience developing data pipelines using agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience writing complex queries for data analysis.
  • Hands‑on experience with cloud data lake technologies, preferably the arenaflex cloud platform (e.g., arenaflex Data Lake, arenaflex Event Hub, arenaflex Databricks).
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, and scripting in Unix/Linux environments.
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and exposure to technologies like Teradata, Cassandra, MongoDB, Snowflake, or their arenaflex equivalents.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, arenaflex DevOps) and infrastructure‑as‑code tools like Terraform.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed, cross‑functional team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience building large‑scale data solutions on the arenaflex cloud platform.
  • Advanced expertise in full‑stack development, especially with arenaflex services for data processing and analytics.
