Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Freelance Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the frontline ambassador for our platform, delivering exceptional service to users worldwide. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the first point of contact for users, listening empathetically to concerns, questions, and feedback.

  • Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and net promoter score (NPS).

Essential Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a reliable high‑speed internet connection.
  • Strong written communication skills with impeccable grammar, spelling, and email etiquette.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm, patient, and professional when handling high‑volume, high‑stress situations.
