Role Overview – Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our passengers, delivering world‑class assistance through phone, chat, and email channels.   • Manage the end‑to‑end check‑in process, including seat assignments, boarding confirmations, and documentation verification.

  • Assist passengers with baggage handling queries, including weight verification, special handling requests, and transfer logistics.
  • Operate virtual loading bridges and coordinate with ground‑crew teams to ensure safe aircraft door operations.
