Role Overview – Remote Customer Experience Concierge (Member Services Professional)

As a Remote Customer Experience Concierge – also known as a Member Services Professional (MSP) – you will be the face of arenaflex for our most valuable card members when they step into the arenaflex Lounge at IAH Airport. You will deliver world‑class hospitality, travel assistance, and lifestyle recommendations, ensuring each interaction reflects the premium standards that define arenaflex.

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while providing real‑time support to members in the lounge environment through chat, phone, and video channels. You will collaborate closely with a dynamic team of fellow MSPs, concierge specialists, and cross‑functional partners to resolve member inquiries swiftly and delightfully.

Key Responsibilities

  • First‑Impression Management: Greet members virtually as they arrive at the arenaflex Lounge, verify identity, and set the tone for an exceptional experience.
  • End‑to‑End Ownership: Take full responsibility for each member’s journey from initial contact through resolution, ensuring no detail is overlooked.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience delivering premium customer service to high‑value clients, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or financial services sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex, high‑stakes situations with poise, empathy, and decisive action.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in using multiple technology platforms simultaneously (CRM, chat, video conferencing, and mobile apps).
