Position Overview

We are hiring a Remote Content & Customer Experience Specialist to join our Sales Enablement Programs team. This is an entry-level, full-time remote position offering a competitive starting rate of $35 per hour. Reporting to senior program leadership, you will serve as the Content and Customer Experience expert for arenaflex's most strategic new Sales Enablement program.

In this role, you'll obsess over the customer experience and challenge traditional ways of working to ensure the team delivers the best possible product at scale, on time, and with measurable impact. You'll collaborate across regional and worldwide groups, including Channel Programs Development and Customer Sales Enablement, gaining exposure to multiple disciplines and building a powerful foundation for your career.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Content & Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, your day-to-day work will include a blend of strategic thinking, creative content development, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven optimization. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Journey Mapping: Map out the end-to-end customer journey and collaborate with the program director to identify the most effective ways to meet strategic objectives.
  • Content Orchestration: Orchestrate content from a wide variety of sources, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, accuracy, and brand alignment across every touchpoint.
  • Style Guide Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive style guide, manage a centralized library of organizational content, and track performance metrics to identify which materials are resonating and which need updating.
  • Rapid Prototyping & Testing: Participate in fast-paced prototyping cycles, test new ideas quickly, and iterate based on user feedback and performance data.
  • Cross-Functional Partnerships: Build strong, creative partnerships with our IT and Product Management teams to accelerate speed-to-market, improve the overall customer experience, and directly drive sales outcomes.
  • Data-Informed Strategy: Use customer experience data, analytics, and feedback loops to inform content decisions and continuously refine the user experience.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate insights, progress, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at multiple levels, from working teams to senior leadership.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should bring the following qualifications and experiences:

  • Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) required; Master's degree (MS or MA) preferred.
  • 8+ years of professional experience working with content development teams and regional or local partners; experience working in multiple geos is strongly preferred.
  • Deep experience optimizing content through UI/UX best practices and digital marketing to drive measurable sales results.
  • Extensive understanding of arenaflex product features, benefits, and applications, with the ability to translate that knowledge into compelling customer-facing content.
  • Strong analytical ability, with proven experience transforming complex customer experience metrics into effective content strategies.
  • Prior experience with content management tools and platforms; familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager is a strong plus.
  • Flexibility, comfort with ambiguity, and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a highly matrixed environment where collaboration is essential.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

At arenaflex, base compensation is one component of a comprehensive total rewards package, determined within a defined range that allows for growth and advancement as you develop within your role. For this position, the starting rate is $35 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $40 per hour based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
