Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Answer inbound calls, chat messages, and emails from customers seeking assistance with installations, service changes, disconnections, or general inquiries.
  • Solution Delivery: Leverage deep knowledge of arenaflex’s product portfolio—including broadband, cloud services, security solutions, IoT devices, and entertainment packages—to recommend tailored solutions that meet each customer’s unique needs.
  • Sales Enablement: Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, articulate the value proposition of arenaflex’s offerings, and consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve billing disputes, service outages, rate adjustments, and policy questions with empathy and precision.
  • Order Management: Verify the accuracy of service orders, process modifications, and ensure all documentation is complete and error‑free.
  • Collections: Negotiate payment arrangements for overdue balances, applying tactful communication to secure timely resolutions.
  • Multi‑Channel Coordination: Manage multiple internal systems and tools while maintaining a professional, courteous tone on the phone.
  • Flexibility: Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional unscheduled shifts to align with business demands and provide uninterrupted support.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate Degree or higher in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high‑volume call‑center environment, preferably within telecommunications or technology services.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales quotas in a consultative selling environment.
  • Proven ability to handle collections and negotiate payment plans with professionalism.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening and clear articulation.
  • Strong problem‑solving aptitude and the capacity to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

  • Ability to work remotely while maintaining a productive home office setup; must reside within a 75‑mile radius of the designated reporting location for the duration of the contract.
