Responsibilities
- Help clients protect their legacy and future through mortgage protection and life insurance
- Obtain clients through a state of the art lead generation system
- Follow up on the family's request for more information and meet clients virtually
- Assist new agents in getting licensed and provide training on communication and sales techniques
Skills
- Proven history of leadership/management: You have a proven background in building and managing within a business development role
- Strong work ethic: You recognize the value of hard work and what it takes to achieve your financial goals
- High integrity: You uphold high standards of professionalism and ethics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
