[Remote] Support Specialist (Real Estate Property Platforms) MUST work 8:00am-5:00pm MT
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Radian is a trusted global multi-line specialty insurer that helps businesses navigate risk with confidence. They are seeking a Support Specialist to provide support and training to users of their Pyramid Platform system and related applications, while also identifying potential system enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to clients, outsourcers, agents, and other end users
- Provide training to new users
- Propose new features and updates
- Communicate with clients and end users to understand needs
- Collaborate with development team to ensure business and client requirements are met
- Test new features and enhancements prior to release to production
Skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Real Estate background in REO, Rental Management, Loss Mitigation, Real Estate Acquisition, or Short Sales
- Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with management, clients and technical staff
- Self-motivation and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- HS Diploma/GED
- Bachelor's Degree
