[Remote] Recruiting Coordinator

They are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to enhance the candidate experience and support the hiring team in attracting top talent. The role involves managing the coordination of candidate interviews and building effective relationships with hiring teams.

Responsibilities

  • You are able to schedule and own the entire coordination experience for candidates for our Engineering, Product and Design recruiting teams (6-8 recruiters)
  • You are excited about building efficient scheduling and recruiting processes that result in highly positive experiences for both candidates and the hiring team
  • You develop trusting relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiters
  • You communicate effectively with the interview team, recruiting team, and candidates to ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • You want to change the talent industry at large and figure out the best ways of recruiting in a highly competitive environment

Skills

  • You have ideally spent some time in a recruiting coordinator role and/or administrative role
  • You are incredibly organized and are able to manage multiple priorities
  • You are proactive in identifying problems and providing solutions - you're able to do this independently but aren't afraid to ask for help!
  • You thrive and ruthlessly prioritize in a constantly changing environment
  • You are creative and resourceful in problem-solving to ensure that you always get the job done
