This role offers structured mentorship, training, and support to help new agents develop essential skills in prospecting, client communication, and relationship building while working in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and follow up with consistency and professionalism
  • Attend regular training and coaching sessions that continuously build your skill set
  • Set appointments for buyers and sellers as your confidence and pipeline develop
  • Nurture client relationships through phone calls, emails, and structured follow-up systems
  • Keep your CRM accurate and up to date
  • Track your activity and progress toward both your individual goals and the broader goals of the team

Skills

  • Newly licensed or entry-level agents
  • Motivated and coachable
  • Ability to generate leads and follow up with consistency and professionalism
  • Willingness to attend regular training and coaching sessions
