  • Our MSP client in the managed IT services industry is seeking an IT Support Technician to support small business clients across Washington. This role provides 75% Tier 1 and 25% Tier 2 support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues both remotely and at client sites. The ideal candidate holds an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a computer science related field, has a strong foundation in Windows systems and hardware support, and communicates technical information clearly to non-technical users. This is an excellent opportunity to gain broad hands-on experience in a growth-oriented MSP environment.
  • Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1 (75%) technical support for hardware, software, and access issues
  • Provide Tier 2 (25%) technical support by troubleshooting issues and escalating as appropriate
  • Resolve Microsoft 365 account issues including email, login, and access problems
  • Support Windows desktop and laptop systems including configuration and maintenance
  • Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners for end users
  • Travel to client sites to complete installations, data transfers, and onsite issue resolution
  • Address basic connectivity issues with support from senior technicians as needed
  • Document and manage service tickets using the Autotask ticketing system
  • Perform basic hardware repairs and component troubleshooting for desktops and laptops
  • Support clients during outages and communicate issue status and resolution clearly
  • Deliver professional end-user support while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a computer science related field is required
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 is required
  • Knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware components with basic repair skills is required
  • Driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle are required
  • Ability to travel 25% within the state of Washington is required
