About the Role

Our client is a rapidly expanding technology firm seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their fully remote team. This role is pivotal in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent across the country. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle technical recruiting, a deep understanding of the tech landscape, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity experts, and IT professionals. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive and active candidates. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment plans. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit. Manage the candidate pipeline using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure an efficient and transparent hiring process. Extend offers of employment and negotiate compensation and benefits. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Stay current with industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical recruiting. Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, regardless of location within the US.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, preferably within a fast-paced technology company or agency. Proven ability to source, attract, and hire specialized technical roles. Proficiency with various sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Excellent understanding of common technology stacks and software development methodologies. Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment. Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Must be authorized to work in the US.
