  • Inventory Management: Maintain tidy shelves, conduct regular stock counts, and assist with receiving and pricing merchandise according to established procedures.
  • Compliance & Security: Follow company security protocols to prevent loss, and adhere to state and local regulations for controlled items such as alcohol and tobacco.
  • Merchandising Support: Set up promotional displays, update signage, and execute planograms to keep the store visually appealing and aligned with marketing initiatives.

  • Store Maintenance: Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe store environment by performing routine housekeeping tasks.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and fellow associates, sharing best practices and supporting a positive, team‑focused culture.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in training programs, complete required certifications, and stay current on product knowledge and company policies.
  • Special Projects: Undertake ad‑hoc assignments and special initiatives as directed by management, contributing fresh ideas and solutions.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating effectively in English.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • Experience handling cash, processing refunds, and managing promotional discounts.
  • Comfort with remote collaboration tools (e.g., video conferencing, instant messaging, shared document platforms).
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and procedural updates.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Customer‑Centric Mindset: Ability to anticipate needs, resolve issues promptly, and create a welcoming atmosphere for every shopper.
