Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Data Entry & Analytics Specialist to join arenaflex’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and compliance team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, processing, and visualizing data from multiple sources to support risk assessment, compliance reporting, and strategic decision‑making. You will work closely with risk analysts, legal counsel, and business leaders to translate raw data into actionable insights that protect arenaflex’s operations and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and collect data required for a wide variety of ERM and risk assessment initiatives, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from disparate systems across arenaflex’s U.S. and global operations.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and other visualization tools to help stakeholders monitor risk exposure and control effectiveness.

• Apply advanced analytics techniques to improve the consistency and reliability of risk‑assessment methodologies.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven experience with SQL and a strong ability to write complex queries for data extraction and manipulation.
• Hands‑on expertise with data‑visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, and BigQuery.
• Familiarity with data‑preparation and machine‑learning tools like PowerApps and Dataiku.
• Demonstrated interest in legal, compliance, ERM, or risk‑assessment domains.
