What You'll Do

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our data management team, contributing to the smooth operation of critical business processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Data Collection and Processing: Gather and process information from disparate information systems across our U.S. and global businesses, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all data entries.
• Information Analysis: Identify information to aid a wide variety of enterprise risk management (ERM) and danger evaluation objectives, compliance requirements, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Dashboard Development: Design and create intuitive dashboards that assist stakeholders in scoping risks and evaluating the maturity of associated controls.
• Custom Reporting: Construct custom reports as needed to support business leaders and compliance professionals in making informed decisions.
• Analytics Implementation: Apply expertise in analytics strategies and tools to develop defensible and consistent methodologies for assessing risk and improving operational efficiency.
• Insight Generation: Draw insights and correlations from complex datasets and communicate findings effectively to compliance professionals, attorneys, and business leaders.
• Risk Assessment Support: Provide input on new and emerging risk areas using data-driven analysis and industry best practices.
• Process Improvement: Solicit feedback and assist in the continuous improvement of our ERM and risk evaluation processes.
• Storytelling with Data: Create impactful visualizations that "tell a story" with data, making complex information accessible and actionable for stakeholders at all levels.

What You'll Bring We're looking for candidates who are passionate about data, committed to accuracy, and eager to contribute to arenaflex's mission. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Essential Qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency: Deep SQL knowledge and proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, BigQuery, PowerApps, and Dataiku.
• Domain Experience: Experience working on legal, compliance, ERM, or risk evaluation matters.
• Visualization Skills: Adept at generating impactful visualizations and using data to "inform a story" for diverse audiences.
• Programming Abilities: Capability to code using R or Python for data analysis and automation.
