What You Will Be Doing Every Day

As a Data Entry Claims Intake Processor at arenaflex, you will be at the heart of our claims processing operation. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently enter data from insurance claims and authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers. Core Daily Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data from insurance claims and authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers into our proprietary systems with a high degree of precision.
• Process incoming claims and authorizations expediently and efficiently to meet and exceed client turnaround time requirements.
• Navigate imaging software platforms skillfully to retrieve, review, and process claims and authorizations for data entry.
• Differentiate between various claim types and apply the appropriate data entry guidelines based on the specific requirements of each claim category.
• Accurately identify specific document types that require special handling and ensure they are processed according to established protocols.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure that all work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times and quality standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education and Certifications
