Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

Operational Tasks & Store Management

  • Operate and troubleshoot printing, binding, and finishing equipment based on customer‑provided media.
  • Prepare packages for shipment: weigh, label, and securely pack items using protective materials and steel containers.
  • Manage inventory of printing supplies, shipping materials, and retail merchandise; restock shelves and conduct regular audits.
  • Process cash transactions, handle POS systems, and reconcile daily sales reports.

Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Assist teammates with store duties, share best practices, and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
