As a Global Remote Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers visiting our clients’ websites. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers through live chat, answer questions about products and services, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression. You will be equipped with a comprehensive knowledge base containing frequently asked questions and detailed response guides, enabling you to deliver accurate, efficient, and friendly support — even if you have no prior experience in the field.

This is a fully remote, chat-based role — no phone calls, no video meetings, and no cold calling. Your only task is to help customers through written conversation, making it an ideal position for individuals who excel in written communication and prefer a quiet, focused work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time live chat support to customers visiting client websites as a representative of arenaflex.
