Collections Agent- Work from home after Training!

This role involves initiating outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from customers, negotiating account resolutions, and accurately documenting actions within collection systems while meeting company performance and productivity standards. The position requires maintaining up-to-date customer contact information and adhering to FDCPA, HIPPA, and company regulations. Training will be conducted onsite for a minimum of 4 weeks, after which the role transitions to a work-from-home arrangement.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates good customer service skills while initiating outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from customers.
  • Negotiates account resolution and accurately inputs and documents actions within the collection systems while maintaining company performance and productivity standards.
  • Maintains up-to-date customer contact information in the collections systems.
  • Meets monthly goals.
  • Abides by FDCPA, HIPPA, and company regulations.
  • Understands the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Excellent data entry and typing skills.
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of customer service practices and principles.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 7 Year Background Check.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Must be computer literate.
