[Remote] Consultative Sales Representative / Sales Manager (Remote)

They are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with an interest in sales leadership and team development, primarily engaging with clients in a business-to-consumer sales environment through virtual and phone-based meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with qualified prospective clients to present insurance solutions
  • Conduct virtual and phone-based sales meetings
  • Learn and follow a structured, proven sales process
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions
  • Support team growth through mentorship and leadership development (as applicable)
  • Attend required virtual meetings and occasional in-person training events

Skills

  • Prior sales experience required; B2C sales experience preferred
  • Interest in leadership, mentorship, or sales management
  • Ability to follow established processes and accept coaching
  • Reliable, self-directed work habits
  • Active Life and/or Health insurance producer license or willingness to obtain one (step-by-step direction provided)
  • Comfort using Zoom, phone systems, and CRM tools
